The Model GS1209
Lab Size Crusher
Aurora,
IN – Stedman has introduced the Model GS1209 Lab Size Crusher for small production rates or laboratory applications (either as a lump-breaking crusher or for uniformed cubical processing). This affordable, laboratory size machine makes crushing easier and more economical. The new model (designed with similar features as the industry-leading, higher production Grand Slam™ horizontal shaft impactor) is built for daily operation with both wet and dry materials.
The Model GS1209
is housed in all welded steel construction with heat-treated plate in
product contact areas. The rotor and breaker bars are constructed of 4140
heat-treated steel. The front side is hinged to allow easy access inside
the mill for easier and more thorough cleaning.
The crusher is controlled
by adjustable primary and secondary aprons and rotor speed controls. It
is available in stainless steel construction for specialty “food
grade spec” applications.
The Model GS1209
is available in carbon steel and stainless steel construction and is suitable
for use in a wide variety of markets: chemical, powder, food, pet food,
drugs/pharmaceuticals, minerals and ores, waste/hazardous material recycling,
salt, sugar, and fertilizer markets.
The GS1209 is available with a variety of options including: intake hood
(to facilitate better feeding), discharge box or dump hopper, discharge
bin, variable speed drive, structural steel support, and magnets for metal
and/or magnetic separation. The Model GS1209 can also be mounted on wheels
for increased versatility and is available in food grade specs.
