V-Slam™ IMPACTOR FROM STEDMAN

The V-Slam™ Impactor from Stedman is especially designed for size reduction of minerals, ores and chemicals. The V-Slam™ Impactor from Stedman is especially designed for size reduction of minerals, ores and chemicals. The V-Slam has a size reduction ratio up to 15:1 with speeds up to 12,500 feet per minute and a capacity range from 5 to 100 tons per hour. Typical applications are minerals, chemicals, bottom boiler ash, rendering of poultry, pet food and other animal feed supplements, limestone, scrap tungsten carbide pieces, slag, bakery waste, glass, gravel and iron ores.

The V-Slam is also equipped with an indexing feed tube and anvil ring. It also has a hydraulic powered opening of the top housing for easy access and an automatic recirculating lubrication system. Distributor plates, shoes and other impeller components are easy to replace.
